Explanation:
WOD: Workout Of the Day.
These workouts are the core of the program and vary from session to session by mixing the key elements of Weight Training, Gymnastics (Body Weight), and Metabolic Conditioning (Run, Row, Ride). On Monday's we focus on weighlifting skills using protocols dictated by the HQ site.
STRENGTH:
These sessions focus on developing the core lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Clean, Press), improving overall strength and power which benefits all sporting endeavours. These sessions are based on the programming of CrossFit's experts on strength
