CrossFit Canberra is Canberra's oldest CrossFit Affiliate officially affiliating in June 2008. Our participants are a mix of public servants, students, industrial athletes, emergency services and everyday people interested in improving fitness in a fun encouraging environment.
We train in our classic 'Garage Gym' loacted in the Woden region and affectionately known as 'The Shed'. This facility is fully equipped with everyting required for CrossFit including a professional lifting platform, olympic bars, bumpers, gymnastic rings, rowers, kettlebells and chin up station.
Its cold in winter, warm in summer, and we wouldnt have it any other way!

John has over 20 year’s experience helping people reach their goals and regularly trains up to 150 people a day who’s job depend on maintaining peak fitness.
John has certifications in the fitness industry, CrossFit, and Weightlifting.
John has extensive experience in personal training as well as large group exercise, and has developed targeted programs to help people pass service selections and deployment requirements, and specialises in female clients.

Jason J:
Jason has many years of experience in the fitness and sport industry specialising in postural and alignment issues.
Jason has rehabilitated people from previous sports injury's and helped clients regain their mobility, correcting muscle imbalance and restoring function through functional training and exercise movement.
Jason is the ideal coach for those in need of a postural assessment and diagnosis, relating from either previous injuries or lack of exercise created by a sedentary lifestyle or busy work life.
